First Meeting of the Inaugural Regional Coordination Group for the Middle East and North Africa Region
The first meeting of the new team of
WGC MENA is the inaugural Regional Coordinating Team for the MENA region, which represents another exciting step towards formalizing the women and gender cluster in the MENA region.
Guided by the MENA Regional Coordination Group Charter, the group will guide the work of the region and will serve as a working body and governance advisor to support the collective efforts of the women and gender group in the region. With a commitment to lead efforts to strengthen cooperation, advocacy, participation and mobilization in our constituency and the regional node, the team will also serve as the main point of contact for regional issues.

Each member has experiences, skills and perspectives that will support our goal of advancing feminist climate justice.
