The activities of the Taiba organization
On the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, in cooperation with the Red Crescent Society and the women’s Empowerment Department of the Ministry of Education \u2013 Rusafa III, the Taybah Tord organization organized a workshop on mental health, in the Hall of the preparation and Training Department of the General Directorate of education of Baghdad – Rusafa III.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of mental health and the need to enhance community awareness of it, especially in light of the psychological challenges faced by individuals as a result of daily pressures. The workshop included interactive sessions and lectures delivered by specialists in the fields of mental health and psychotherapy, where emphasis was placed on strategies to deal with anxiety and stress, and enhancing the well-being of individuals in work environments and educational institutions.
A number of teachers participated in the workshop, as well as representatives of civil society, where they exchanged views on ways to improve mental health in schools and the importance of providing psychological support to students and workers in the education sector. The attendees also discussed the importance of integrating mental health concepts into school curricula and training educational staff to provide psychological care to students.
At the end of the workshop, the participants stressed the importance of continuing such initiatives to promote mental health in society, and called for expanding cooperation between government agencies and non-governmental organizations to achieve a healthy psychological environment in schools and educational institutions.
This workshop was an important step towards raising awareness of the importance of mental health and opening new horizons for cooperation for a society with better psychological well-being.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
