Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning held a dialogue session today, Wednesday, titled &#8220;Equality and Justice in Preventing Violent Extremism.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was organized in collaboration with the Research and Development Department and Women Empowerment Organization, with the participation of women from civil society organizations and employees from the center&#8217;s departments in Baghdad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session included discussions on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept of violent extremism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The importance of equality and justice in preventing extremism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event concluded with an extensive discussion on the role of cooperation between civil society organizations and government institutions in preventing violent extremism, with a review of the key solutions and practical steps to enhance this prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
